Extracurricular Student Centre
In this project, I designed a student center specifically for extracurricular activities on campus. This project required that students pick a verb that inspires their building. My verb being "to angle" inspired the ways the walls met forming only 45, 90 and 135 degree angles throughout the entire space. This allowed for precision and clarity throughout the entire space.
Floor Plans
The floor plans display the content of my space on the ground, second and third floor.
Ground floor plan
The ground floor primarily is an open area for the public, with a performance theatre to vies student productions, and a courtyard to engage with nature from indoors.
Second floor plan
The second floor prioritizes staff spaces, and student spaces, with no access to the public.
Third floor plan
The third floor prioritizes only student spaces, with the entire floor being made up of club meeting rooms, study spaces, and a student cafeteria.
Sections
The section, exposes the interior of the building, aiding in the understanding of its circulation, and overall dynamic of the building.
Diagrams
The circulation diagram provides extra detail on the intended movement throughout the building depending on who you are(student, staff or public), whilst the programmatic diagram reveals the purpose of each person within the building.

Physical Model
Constructing the physical model, helped bring my design to life, and gave me better understanding of how my building could work in the real world. To the right are various angles both interior and exterior of my design concept in physical form.
